At FAANGPrep, we strive to provide high-quality educational content and a seamless learning experience. However, due to the digital nature of our products, we follow a strict No Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. NO REFUNDS - All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on the FAANGPrep platform (including individual courses and premium access plans) are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Once a transaction is completed and access to the digital content is granted, we cannot offer any refund, exchange, or cancellation.

The one exception: if a technical or payment problem on our side prevented you from receiving the access you paid for — for example, a successful payment that did not unlock your course, or a duplicate charge taken by our system — that is our error, not a change of mind. Contact us and we will either restore your access or refund that payment. Refunds issued on this basis revoke access to the affected course.

Why do we have this policy?

• Unlike physical goods, digital course content is consumed immediately upon access.
• Downloading, viewing, or accessing proprietary material constitutes usage of the service.
• Our platform setup incurs immediate costs for server access and content delivery.

2. Specific Scenarios - No Refund

We do NOT provide refunds for any of the following reasons. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms:

• Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after purchasing.
• Incompatibility: It is your responsibility to ensure your device meets standard system requirements (modern browser, internet connection) before purchasing.
• Lack of Usage: Failure to use the course or login to the platform does not qualify for a refund. Access is lifetime and does not lapse, regardless of usage.
• Accidental Purchase: We cannot verify "accidental" clicks; all confirmed transactions are final.
• Content Expectations: We provide detailed course descriptions and previews. Dissatisfaction with the teaching style or difficulty level is not grounds for a refund.

3. Account Suspension & Policy Violations

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., account sharing, scraping, unauthorized recording), you strictly forfeit any right to a refund for any course you have purchased.

4. Payment Failures & Disputes

• Third-Party Gateways: Payments are processed by third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay). Where a transaction fails, is deducted twice, or is deducted without granting access, contact us first at support@faangprep.com with your payment reference. We will trace the transaction and, where the money reached us, either grant the access you paid for or refund it. Where a bank has held or reversed funds that never reached us, we will tell you that and point you to your bank, because only they can release it.
• Chargebacks: Any unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute raised with your bank will result in immediate and permanent suspension of your FAANGPrep account.

5. Validity

Course access is granted for lifetime access and does not expire. As access does not lapse, there is no partial refund for unused time and no renewal is required.
