• Single User License: Your account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Our system monitors for concurrent logins and suspicious activity.
• Termination for Misuse: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without refund, if we detect account sharing, multiple IP logins suggesting sharing, or any violation of these Terms.

3. Purchases, Payments, and Validity

• Pricing: Prices for courses and subscriptions are listed on the website and are subject to change without notice.
• Payments: All payments are processed via third-party gateways. You agree to provide valid payment information. We are not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party systems.
• Validity:
  • Time-Bound Access: access to courses is valid only for the specific duration mentioned at the time of purchase (e.g., 6 months, 1 year, or Lifetime Access where specified).
  • Expiry: Upon expiry of the validity period, access to the content will be revoked automatically unless renewed.
• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access to the course material has been granted, except where explicitly required by law.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original Content (including but not limited to videos, code visualizers, text, graphics, and software) are and will remain the exclusive property of FAANGPrep and its licensors. The Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India and foreign countries.

Strict Prohibitions: You DO NOT have the right to:

• Download, record, or capture video content (screen recording is strictly prohibited).
• Share, reproduce, redistribute, or resell any part of the Content.
• Scrape, data mine, or reverse engineer the platform.

Violation of these rights will result in immediate legal action and permanent account ban without refund.

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any national or international laws.
• Infringe upon the rights of others.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group.
• Upload specific malicious code or viruses.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its related systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall FAANGPrep, its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We do not guarantee that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be effective, reliable, or accurate or that they will meet your specific requirements (e.g., we do not guarantee job placement at any company).
