Refund Policy

At FAANGPrep, we strive to provide high-quality educational content and a seamless learning experience. However, due to the digital nature of our products, we follow a strict No Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. NO REFUNDS - All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on the FAANGPrep platform (including individual courses and premium access plans) are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Once a transaction is completed and access to the digital content is granted, we cannot offer any refund, exchange, or cancellation.

Why do we have this policy?

  • Unlike physical goods, digital course content is consumed immediately upon access.
  • Downloading, viewing, or accessing proprietary material constitutes usage of the service.
  • Our platform setup incurs immediate costs for server access and content delivery.

2. Specific Scenarios - No Refund

We do NOT provide refunds for any of the following reasons. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms:

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after purchasing.
  • Incompatibility: It is your responsibility to ensure your device meets standard system requirements (modern browser, internet connection) before purchasing.
  • Lack of Usage: Failure to use the course or login to the platform does not qualify for a refund. Access is valid for the specified duration regardless of usage.
  • Accidental Purchase: We cannot verify "accidental" clicks; all confirmed transactions are final.
  • Content Expectations: We provide detailed course descriptions and previews. Dissatisfaction with the teaching style or difficulty level is not grounds for a refund.

3. Account Suspension & Policy Violations

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., account sharing, scraping, unauthorized recording), you strictly forfeit any right to a refund for the remaining subscription period.

4. Payment Failures & Disputes

  • Third-Party Gateways: Payments are processed by third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay). FAANGPrep is not responsible for failed transactions, bank errors, or double deductions caused by gateway issues. In such cases, please contact your bank or the payment provider.
  • Chargebacks: Any unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute raised with your bank will result in immediate and permanent suspension of your FAANGPrep account.

5. Validity and Expiry

Course access is granted for a specific validity period (e.g., 6 months, 1 year). Access will automatically expire after this period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time or extensions for expired courses.
